Trained and Certified Executive & Life Coach, Language and Behaviour (L.A.B.) Profile Practitioner, Multiple Brain Integration Technique (m.B.i.t.) Coach, Neuro Linguistic Programming (N.L.P.) Practitioner, Associate Member of the Association for Coaching, and a user of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (C.B.T.) techniques.

Nik started his career in 1996 working for a Corporate Presentation Creation Agency. His early exposure to the world of corporate communications and how communicating in the right way could inspire and influence the behaviour of large groups of people, set Nik on a new path: to study Neuroscience Linguistic Programming (NLP).

NLP is a discipline that focuses on how to use interpersonal communication, personal development, and elements of self-analysis to get individuals results in life. It also has its roots firmly grounded in positive behavioural psychology.

After gaining his NLP Practitioner Certification, Nik caught the bug for learning Personal and Team Development Techniques and went onto gain his other qualifications. Since his first exposure to N.L.P in 2003, after attending a Tony Robbins event, he has been using his skills and techniques to coach private individuals and large corporate teams.

Success This Way - Brain

Learning the coaching process meant that Nik was exposed to it himself throughout his formal training. He, therefore, has his own story of transformation.

  • Reaching almost 20 stone at one point, he successfully lost 6 stone in 2018 and has kept the majority of it off since through self-coaching and lifestyle changes.
  • Even before he finished one of his formal training qualifications, he picked up a £25,000 contract directly linked to his new coaching skills and co-delivered a Global Leadership Conference for a Multi-National Brand in 2017.
  • He went on to secure a further £60,000 later that year which he directly attributed to his newfound qualifications.
  • Nik even admits that his old business model in 2014, when he lost a major client, was taking a nose-dive before he discovered the concept of coaching. By understanding the core principles of coaching he opened up new revenue streams and transformed his business model into what it is today.
  • He feels that having experienced the coaching process from the inside out, that has given him a more rounded perception of how to work with others in order for them to apply it to their own businesses.
